Ran a repair on Office 2013 and then tried using the secure mail key again in Outlook but still no change. I also tried creating a new secure mail key as well but it didn't make a difference.

Tried to use the secure mail key again but it won't work. It found a couple of problems but then fixed it. Deleted his Outlook Profile, created a new profile along with a new secure mail key but it still keeps asking for the password. Deleted the current secure mail key and created a new one, then updated Outlook but it wouldn't work. Regards, Joelīelow is what I've done to try and fix this problem. Does anyone else have any other ideas on how to fix this? It's totally ridiculous that Outlook 2013 worked fine with it and now it won't. I have tried several other things to get this resolved but it just won't work. I've even checked the boxes beside "Save Password" too. I created a new secure email key and tried it but the dreaded pop-up window appears asking for the password over and over again. However, over the past month, he is no longer able to send and receive email because it keeps asking for a password over and over again. I then entered it as his password into Outlook 2013 and it worked without any problems. When AT&T implemented the OAuth (Secure Mail Key) for third-party apps, I was able to create one by logging into his account via att.com and then going to his profile to create the secure mail key. I have a friend, who is using Outlook 2013 as his mail client.
